at hand, prosecutors continuing to build their case against this shooting suspect james holmes. they say this may take months before they're able to finish up collecting all the evidence. >>> an elderly psychiatrist accused of molesting boys during exams could be released from the state hospital today. within hours a judge is expected to decide whether to release 79-year-old william ayers from napa state hospital. an attorney for ayers says the former psychiatrist is too sick mentally and physically to remain hospitalized. if released, ayers could be sent to an unlocked senior facility or could be let out for outpatient treatment. ayers is accused of molesting nine boys between 1991 and '96 at his san mateo office. the 2009 trial against ayers ended in a hung jury. >>> in marin county, 78-year-old joseph naso is questioning dna evidence that allegedly links him to a murder victim. he wants a forensics expert to physically examine dna evidence found on a murdered woman's pantyhose. he is accused of killing four northern california women in the 1970s and 1990s. he is acting as his own atto
